"Poor Service"

A review of Kwik-Fit by Unhappy Customer written on Wednesday 4th of April 2018

Poor Service overall, waited and Hour and 15 Min just to get my Tyres Checked even though I knew I required 2 new Tyres after having them checked 2 weeks ago at work via Kwik Fit. Should have been in and out within 40 Mins as there were no other customers having Tyres done. Guy on the front Desk spent more time trying to sort a Printer out than managing his customer. Have used this branch before and the Guys previously in charge were realy efficient and gave great customer service, not what I received today. Poor/Poor/Poor, Lets wee what its like when I go for my MOT in 3 Weeks?.
