My delivery from TNT has not arrived due to there track & trace on consignment
number 104094448 not being traced!
problems are due to collection from sony centre where tracking number was changed!
customer cannot find information on whereabouts it is!
customer has been in contact with fedex/tnt there unable to locate item due to incorrect tracking code .
item was collected from sony centre on 29/03/21 approx 16:00 and informed to be delivered on 30/03/21.this has not taken place so customer was informed by fedex agent that new details of the item will be emailed 6 hours after phone call said to be 01:00 am of new notification!
driver cannot be informed of customers request to time of delivery and cannot be contacted by own company fedex/tnt due to lack of information..
